Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. All items are made by hand, and therefore I cannot guarantee that each item will be the exact same. Colors may vary. Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery if you have an issue with your order.

Back buttons are attached with permanent adhesive. If for some reason they come off during shipping I will not be responsible for replacing the charm. (Unless the actual item is damaged)

**When removing charms from your bogg bag - push the back button out from the inside of the bag, do not pull the charm from the front.
